After his inclusion on an IPA news release, Occupied Wall Street Journal and the Indypendent founder Arun Gupta credited the site with dozens of interview requests. “As a founder of both The Indypendent and now The Occupied Wall Street Journal, I have been contacted by literally more than 40 newspapers, radio stations, wire services and television stations from around the country and the world in just a few days. I know for a fact that at least 75 percent of these requests were interview were generated as a result of the IPA press releases featuring me as an expert on the Occupy Wall Street movement.”

Among his interviews were appearances in the New York Times and Al-Jazeera English.
