1,000 Palestinians Killed Since “Ceasefire” — Is Gaza More Vulnerable with Iran Deal?

The memorandum of understanding just signed by Trump states the U.S. and Iran “declare the immediate and permanent termination of military operations on all fronts, including in Lebanon.”

Iranian analyst Mohammad Marandi recently claimed that Israel has “to end the slaughter of women and children in Lebanon, and in Gaza as well, because this agreement includes the whole region.” However, there is no mention of the Palestinians in Gaza or elsewhere in the text.

Dave DeCamp of AntiWar News states: “If there is a de-scalation in Lebanon, I’d expect an escalation in Gaza.” However, AntiWar reports that Israel continues to bomb southern Lebanon as Hezbollah drones wound Israel troops

DeCamp also reports: “Israel Has Killed More Than 1,000 Palestinians in Gaza Since So-Called Ceasefire Deal Was Signed in October 2025.”

Palestinian journalist Tamer Nahed reports: “A very dangerous new nightmare we are living in Gaza City, and no one in the world is paying attention to it.  Days ago, the Israeli army installed huge military cranes, each about 30 meters tall, on the eastern areas it controls. These cranes are equipped with machine guns and cameras, and they fire randomly and almost continuously at tents, streets, and exposed neighborhoods.” See video of the cranes.

Drop Site News reports: “In Campaign to Seize More of Gaza, Israel Expands Attacks on Palestinians Near ‘Yellow Line.’” It also reports: “247 children killed in Lebanon since March. Israeli attacks kill two in Gaza City, wound fisherman and woman.”
