You will forever be known as Bloody Blinken, Secretary of Genocide. You have the blood of hundreds of thousands of innocent people on your hands…”
Blinken was giving a speech at the NATO-funded Atlantic Council. The Times of Israel cited U.S. officials stating that the address could be damaging to getting a final agreement.
