CNN reports: “ICC prosecutor seeks arrest of Israeli and Hamas leaders.” UN whistleblower Craig Mokhiber states: “The state of Israel is on trial at the ICJ [International Court of Justice], its leaders are subject to an indictment request at the ICC [International Criminal Court], its allies are subject to cases in national courts, independent human rights mechanisms have condemned them & millions are in the streets demanding justice. Justice is coming.” Other analysts were more skeptical of the ICC move.

See last IPA news release on international law and “The Problem of Karim Khan” about the ICC head prosecutor by Mouin Rabbani, who appeared on “Democracy Now” this morning. The ICC charges do not include genocide against Israel and do include rape against Hamas leaders.

Biden in his recent commencement speech at Morehouse College said: “I was there [in Israel] nine days after [October 7] and saw pictures of them tying a mother and daughter in a rope, pouring kerosene on them, burning them, and watching as they died.” The administration has repeatedly made such statements and has been unable to produce evidence.
